OF NATIONAL TEAM IN
KREMLIN MOSCOW WORLD CHAMPION CHIEFS’ COMPETITION

 With the support of Kitchen Professionals Association, our National Culinary Team will contend in Kremlin 6th World Champion Chiefs’ Competition in Crocus-Expo Exhibition Centre in Kremlin of Russia. With Turkish Cooker National Team, German, Chinese, French, English, South Korean, Russian, Italian, Romanian, Ukrainian, Slovene and Maltese National Teams will contend. The categories, which our National will participate in, are modern main meal, endemic foods, original fish plate, vegetarian plate and desserts, cream-cakes.  

In cold exhibition products, 6 different restaurant beginnings, 3 different menus, banquette fish plate, banquette meat plate, wedding cream-cakes, and desserts petit-fours.

In the art and décor branch, oily statuaries, carving of vegetables and fruit, pastries, chocolate handling, marzipan, caramel show and flowers made by sugars.  

Moreover, we will contend with other countries, which will run in this competition, as a team in countries’ buffet.

Turkish Cooker National Team which has been continuing the preparations during about 3 months with team captains Eyüp Kemal Sevinç, Ümit Yüksel and Gökhan Tufan, is being showed as the biggest favorite of the championship. Team leaders claim that they will be champion again.

Other chiefs of team; Mehmet Uzunöz, Tekin Günayd?n, Tarkan Özdemir, ?brahim K?l?ç, Serdar Özkan, Serkan Bozkurt, Zekeriya Y?ld?r?m, ?lker Çiftçi, Zeynep Ada, Esat Özata, Yener Özden ve Fatih Ayd?n.
